Operatives of the Anambra state police command have apprehended two suspects, identified as Victor Ikechukwu, 30, and Ifeanyi Uyanne, 35, in connection with the death of two young men killed during a shooting incident that occurred at Tempsite Okpuno, Awka, Anambra State yesterday, April 7.
In a statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, identified as Tochi Ikenga, revealed that the shooting incident which is suspected to be a cult clash left the deceased young men with serious gunshot injuries. He furthe revealed the men were rushed to a nearby hospital but were confirmed dead by a doctor on ground.
Finally, Tochi added that items recovered from them include one tinted Toyota Corolla Vehicle and one suspected military Cap uniform.
